● The control panel is equipped with decoupling and anti-vibration treatment, with internal and external isolation devices capable of actively isolating vibrations above 2HZ.

● Separated cabinet for refrigeration equipment and weighing system; main unit has no vibration source, easy to assemble and handle; system operating noise ≤ 25db.

The cabinet employs an air circulation pattern with top blowing and bottom suction, equipped with an air filtration system to ensure the internal air cleanliness reaches Class 1000.

● The manipulator and rotating tower are driven by closed-loop servo control, allowing for repeatable positioning with accuracy less than 0.01mm.

● The system automatically identifies the type of weighing samples, alarms when mismatches occur, and stores weighing data in the upper computer database.

● Equipped with two embedded barcode scanning modules (capable of recognizing QR codes, barcodes, etc.), the large window scanner with an expanded field of view enhances image sensor recognition speed. It allows for recording sample location, usage, and other information for easy tracking.

●The system features USB power supply, automatic reset after power failure, mechanical arm failure, system overheating, automatic water replenishment, and automatic alarm prompts for water shortage.

●Samples are coded with industrial brackets, suitable for various material samples, and feature dual-scanning modules for rotation scanning.

● The balance tray is equipped with an offset alarm device, and the mechanical arm has the function of automatic detection and correction of minor offsets.

●Independent design of sample tower, capable of accommodating various specifications of filter membranes, filter heads, and filter sleeves in a single placement

●The scale features automatic zeroing, manual and automatic calibration functions, and calibration can be completed on the host computer.

● The master unit utilizes our independently developed software to achieve functions such as automatic weighing, automatic calculation of results, and printing reports in national standard format.

● The mechanical arm features collision alarm function to prevent the low concentration sampling head from falling and to avoid tray vibration.
