Heating Method: The heating element is made of iron-chromium-aluminum alloy wire (Ocr25A15) coiled into a spiral shape and then inserted into the wire groove of the furnace lining.

Control System: The control system is located beneath the furnace body, utilizing an intelligent temperature controller for temperature regulation and featuring PID self-tuning functionality.

Structure Overview: This electric furnace is a periodic operation type, suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, research units, laboratories, etc., for chemical analysis, physical measurements, and general small steel parts heat treatment heating.

The housing is constructed from cold-rolled steel plate welding, with a static electrocoating finish for a sleek and stylish appearance.

The furnace door is securely fastened to the furnace panel via a long arm with multi-level hinges. The door rotates smoothly. To close, simply press down or push the handle, engage the door hook, and the door will tightly seal against the furnace opening. To open, gently lift the handle upwards or inward, disengage the hook, and place the door on the side.

Thermocouples used for temperature measurement are inserted through the thermocouple hole.
