Product Introduction

The GGC-12J series national standard COD intelligent reflux digestion device is designed entirely according to the national environmental protection department's standard HJ 828—2017 (replacing GB 11914-89) on the basic principle, ensuring effective reflux micro-boiling isothermal control heating for 2 hours. The preparation and addition of the digestion agent solution are consistent with the requirements of the HJ 828—2017 standard, thereby guaranteeing the accuracy of the analysis results.

This instrument utilizes microcomputer technology for timing control of heating, enabling simultaneous heating of a full-glass reflux setup for 12 250ml ground glass cone (straight-walled large ground) bottles; it achieves the goals of energy conservation, reduced electrical load, and improved efficiency.

The instrument uses glass burr回流 tubes instead of spherical reflux tubes, and replaces the water cooling method with air cooling, thereby saving water, reducing space requirements, and enabling standardization of the instrument; the heating module employs infrared ceramic heating for even heating and independent control.

For water samples with a COD concentration greater than 700 mg/L, dilution of the sample is required to complete the measurement; for water samples with high chloride ion content, refer to the method in Appendix A of National Standard HJ 828—2017 for determination.

Technical Specifications

Four-fan convection cooling with significant cooling effect. The cooling fan and heating timer are controlled by dual switches. After the heating and dissolving process stops, the cooling fan can continue to operate to assist with sample cooling, without the need for personnel supervision.
