2、Technical Principle:

According to the HJ637-2018 standard, extract oil substances from water using carbon tetrachloride, then isolate impurities and moisture with anhydrous sodium sulfate, separating the oil and carbon tetrachloride solution. Determine the total extract oil content. Additionally, the extract can be adsorbed with magnesium silicate, and after removing polar substances like animal and vegetable oils, the petroleum content is measured. The contents of the total extract and petroleum are both determined by the wave numbers of 2930 cm.-1(CH2The stretching and bending vibration of the C-H bond in the group), 2960 cm-1(CH3Intramolecular C-H stretching vibration) and 3030 cm-1Absorbance A at the band of (the stretching vibration of C-H bonds in the aromatic ring)2930、A2960With A3030Calculate accordingly.
