The GXC series fully automatic rotary oscillator is a liquid-liquid extraction device used in chemical laboratories. Currently, in domestic laboratories, liquid-liquid chemical extraction commonly employs oscillating extraction or manual extraction using a separatory funnel. Both methods are cumbersome, have low extraction efficiency, and require significant manual labor. Moreover, the organic solvents used during extraction can pose physical harm to laboratory personnel. In response, our unit has developed and launched the GXC series fully automatic rotary oscillator.
This product operates fully automatically and consists of three main parts: the extraction bottle, a variable-frequency motor, and a timing control system. Its working principle involves the variable-frequency motor rotating the extraction agent up and down within the extraction bottle, ensuring thorough mixing and collision with the water sample. As it rotates, it also oscillates to achieve complete extraction. The entire process is conducted within a sealed extraction bottle, effectively resolving issues of reagent volatilization, resulting in more stable and reliable extraction results with genuinely credible data.
The GXC series fully automatic rotary oscillator is widely applicable for extraction tasks in surface water, tap water, industrial wastewater, and domestic sewage, primarily for petroleum substances in water bodies.

Instrument Features:
1. Speed: 0-200 RPM adjustable (oscillation frequency: 0~360) - Rotation mode: reversible, both clockwise and counterclockwise
2. Closed-loop extraction, fully simulating manual hand摇action, 360-degree rotation, ensuring a more authentic and reliable extraction result.
3. Extraction efficiency exceeds 95%. It fundamentally differs from standard oscillators, making the extraction data more authentic and credible.
4. High degree of extraction automation and rapid extraction speed; multiple samples can be extracted simultaneously in just 2 minutes.
5. Extraction Time: Fully digital timing, select seconds, minutes, or hours, ranging from 1s to 99h99m.
6. Meets the HJ 637-2012 standard (replacing GB/T16488-1996), capable of rotating at speeds of 180-200 rpm, with oscillation frequencies up to 300 times during rotation.
7. Equipped with a Sanitary Grade stainless steel cleaning tank, featuring a built-in discharge valve for easy waste fluid discharge and extraction bottle cleaning.
8. The flip-top design allows for quick and easy removal and placement of the extraction bottles, offering convenience and speed.
9. The instrument allows for multiple samples to be extracted simultaneously, and it is compact enough to be placed in a fume hood according to standard regulations.
