The Fluoride Vapor Distillation Apparatus GGC-BS is suitable for various distillation pretreatment experiments, including the extraction of plant active components with volatility, which can be distilled with steam without being destroyed, are stable in water and are either difficultly soluble or insoluble in water, the steam distillation method of introducing steam directly into liquids that are not miscible with water, as well as the common distillation of water quality cyanide, ammonia nitrogen, and volatile phenols, and the determination of water quality fluorides.

Built-in cooling water internal circulation

Closed-loop recirculation cooling system with no need for external cooling water source. One-touch water filling for the internal recirculation tank to prevent water waste. Automatic Distillation Endpoint Control System

Advanced weighing pressure sensor control allows for adjustable distillation volume and weight settings, with audible and visual alarms. The distillation liquid is automatically locked, with control precision of ±2ml. The heating stops automatically upon reaching the set weight or time, eliminating the need for constant human supervision.

Anti-siphon/Anti-boil

Set vacuum prevention solenoid valve with anti-siphon function; heating system features micro-boil and full-boil modes, adjustable heating power according to the boiling point or experimental state of different samples to prevent violent boiling; intelligent endpoint control.

Far-Infrared Ceramic Heating

The heating module utilizes a far-infrared ceramic furnace, offering a wide adjustment range, high thermal radiation efficiency, rapid distillation speed, and long service life.

Steam Distillation and Anti-Backflow Function

Steam source is individually configured, with each section having a separate steam heating source. It meets the relevant national standards of the testing country. Distillation speed can be selected based on the boiling points of different samples. Electromagnetic valves and clamp valves are used in conjunction, and the steam pipeline is connected with a three-way valve to prevent backflow.

Single-point control technology

Each distillation unit can be individually timed and quantitatively set, controlled independently, operated separately, automatically shuts off power and alarms upon completion of distillation, easy to operate.

Temperature Precision Control

During the experiment for water fluoride measurement, it is possible to initiate controlled steam flow at a fixed temperature (such as 145℃), while maintaining the temperature stability (e.g., ±5℃ around 145℃), and the distillation speed is set intelligently (e.g., 6-7 ml per minute).
