Product Introduction:

     The "GQM-Q" series planetary ball mill is a laboratory powder preparation equipment that achieves ultra-efficient three-dimensional full grinding of materials, and can also be used for sample crushing, mixing, and homogenization processes. Compared to conventional vertical and horizontal planetary ball mills, the planetary ball mill has a more distinctive structure. It introduces a new 360° rolling mode with a planetary disk and ball mill drum as an integral unit in the operation of the planetary ball mill. The planetary ball mill combines the characteristics of both vertical and horizontal planetary ball mills. Therefore, it can achieve superior粉碎 effects on samples while significantly improving the uniformity of the discharge, thereby enhancing efficiency and achieving superior discharge results.

In a planetary ball mill, the four grinding tanks placed on the planetary disk rotate in reverse at high speed under the rapid rotation of the disk. Simultaneously, the planetary disk and the entire grinding assembly roll 360° powered by the motor. During this continuous change in orientation, a more intense and uniform friction and impact energy is generated between the material and the grinding balls, which allows for thorough crushing, mixing, and homogenization of the material within the grinding tanks.
