The laboratory soil grinder is an important auxiliary equipment in the soil component detection and pretreatment process. The laboratory soil grinder is a general-purpose, high-performance grinding machine, used for high-repetition grinding and homogenization treatment. It can be used for dry grinding, wet grinding, and cryogenic grinding of soil samples, chemicals, herbs, spices, and various other materials. Usage of the laboratory soil grinder: 1. Inspect the exterior of the wooden box of the soil grinder, check for any dents or damage on the equipment surface, and ensure that the moving parts are securely fastened. 2. During trial operation, plug in the power source, then turn on the leak protection switch, and rotate the safety switch clockwise to the pop-out position (press to disconnect the power). Let the instrument run for a few minutes, then turn on the equipment display and check if the monitor is functioning properly, and listen for any abnormal sounds inside the instrument. After inspection, turn off the instrument. 3. Ball mill tank and sample, place the sample to be ground and the prepared grinding balls into the ball mill tank, leaving enough grinding space. Preliminary experiments suggest filling one-third of the ball mill tank's volume, which can be adjusted later.
