Our desalination machines utilize the bubble-up-and-tumble principle, allowing the chopped salted vegetables to roll dynamically in water for dynamic desalination. Traditionally, using an immersion barrel for desalination takes 10-15 hours, whereas our desalination machine can accomplish the task in less than 3 hours, significantly reducing the drawbacks of slow desalination and low production efficiency in the pickled vegetable production process.
Desalination is a crucial step in the production of pickled vegetables. After being harvested from the brine tanks, the salted vegetables are cleaned, cut, and then desalinated before being mixed and packed. During this process, desalination is a time-consuming and labor-intensive task. By utilizing desalination machines, the operation can significantly reduce the working time, from the original static soaking of several hours to a dynamic two hours, which is generally sufficient to complete the entire desalination process.
The desalination machine can be custom-designed based on the user's production capacity and the amount of desalination per cycle. The entire unit is made of 304 stainless steel, featuring an attractive appearance and practical structure.
