Utilizing high-pressure bubble water bath cleaning, supplemented by strong water flow to promote circulation, this system is suitable for cleaning stem vegetables, leafy vegetables, mushrooms, and other materials. It is ideal for pickled vegetable cleaning and desalination, offering high cleaning capacity and purity without damaging the materials. The materials are tumbled and circulated to a conveyor belt, where they undergo high-pressure water jet cleaning before being transported to the conveyor. This equipment, excluding motors and other standard components, is made entirely of stainless steel SUS304, fully compliant with export food hygiene requirements.
Equipped with bubble generators and high-pressure spray nozzles, the device keeps the material in a rolling state, effectively removing agricultural residues on the product surface. It also allows for the addition of a suitable chemical for disinfection and color fixation. Floating matter is rotated into the overflow channel, while sediment is discharged through an outlet, achieving the cleaning goal.
