On the afternoon of March 3rd, the "Digital Economy and Intelligent Manufacturing for the Future" manufacturing digital upgrade symposium was successfully held at the煌 上 煌Group, co-organized by the Economic and Development Bureau of the Xiaolan Economic and Technological Development Zone of Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, the Nanchang County Branch of China Telecom, Shanghai Guanhou Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. It is reported that the "煌上煌5G+Manufacturing Smart Factory" project, as the first prize winner of the national fifth "Blossom Cup" track, has attracted wide industry attention. This grand event, through policy interpretation, brought together experts to gain insights into industry development, facilitated on-site visits for in-depth exchanges, and effectively utilized digital means to help enterprises soar and navigate.
Mr. Yang Yuanfeng, Director of Market at Guanmao Intelligent, delivered a special speech titled "MES Solution for煌 上 煌 Processing Line of卤制 Food Products" during the meeting. Mr. Yang provided a detailed explanation from the overall project requirement analysis to the design philosophy and finally the implementation solutions, which garnered the attention of all participants. Mr. Yang stated that the entire project team at Guanmao Intelligent conducted thorough research and analysis. The IT talent team of Guanmao Intelligent's Jiangxi branch prepared adequately, discovering that煌 上 煌's processing line for卤制 food products has a high level of mechanical automation. How to achieve intelligent and digital production to fully utilize the production line's efficiency is what煌 上 煌 values highly, and it is also the key issue addressed by the IT team of Guanmao Intelligent. Based on mutual trust, Guanmao Intelligent constructed a complete MES digital management system for煌 上 煌, obtaining production orders through data interfaces with the ERP system and automatically generating production work orders. By using the APS scheduling algorithm module of vMES, automatic production scheduling is achieved, optimizing the utilization of human and machine resources. An electronic scoreboard is used to guide on-site production, coordinate process operations, reduce human errors, and improve production efficiency. RFID electronic code technology is employed for material tracking, tracing, and management.
By utilizing the Ethernet communication interface of the PLC system on the production line conveyors, MES and the production line conveyors achieve two-way communication, allowing indirect control of the production line for accurate product transfer. Employing intelligent AGV vehicles, the receiving, storage, and material transport in the raw product area are fully automated, reducing complexity in manual logistics management, minimizing material handling errors, and enhancing logistics turnover efficiency. Based on the processing time for each finished product and the production line flow time from the material feeding point to each steaming pot, the system predicts and prompts the material feeding time for raw products, ensuring continuous production across all steaming pots and significantly increasing production efficiency.
