Hydraulic Oil Line Block Model Descriptions:

Standardized machining hole diameter and spacing, compatible with ISO4401 stackable valves, with quarter-inch sizes up to 7 ports and three-eighths sizes up to 6 ports. Capable of withstanding high pressure, featuring manganese phosphate black surface treatment for corrosion resistance, and an electro-hydraulic servo control system for the oil circuit. It is a subsystem within one of the eight major systems of the TRT unit.

Hydraulic Oil Circuit Block Applications:

To achieve the functional control of the above system, it will ultimately be reflected in the speed control of the turbine, which requires adjusting the vanes' opening. The means to control the vane opening is through an electro-hydraulic position servo system. The accuracy and error of the control system directly impact the control of each stage in the TRT system. This illustrates the crucial role and position of this system within the TRT.

The hydraulic circuit block system consists of three main parts: the hydraulic control unit, the servo cylinder, and the power oil station. The hydraulic control unit includes two sub-units: the speed control valve control unit and the transparent blade control unit. Each unit is composed of an electro-hydraulic servo valve, an electric solenoid valve, a quick-closing solenoid valve, oil circuit blocks, and bases. The servo cylinder features a double-piston rod structure with minimal friction and excellent sealing performance.
