Pre-stressed Corrugated Pipe Installation Standards
During the trench burial of corrugated pipe, it is essential to operate according to the specified design requirements and standard construction procedures. The placement must be as straight as possible. If there are uneven spots at the bottom of the trench, fine sand can be spread to level them out. Moreover, before the pipe burial, all hard materials within the trench should be cleared to prevent deformation of the corrugated pipe during later use.
During the installation and construction process of prestressed corrugated pipes, each pipe may vary in length. At this point, it's necessary to cut the pipes to the precise length required by the actual environment after measuring their accurate dimensions. When cutting, pay close attention to the flatness of the切口 to ensure better sealing during the connection.
When installing prestressed corrugated pipe, it's best not to backfill prematurely. Use a cable puller to ensure smooth piercing before proceeding with the pipe laying project. This approach is more conducive to later installations.
After the prestressed corrugated pipe installation is completed, it is crucial to first cover it with fine soil or sand up to the standard height. Be mindful not to leave the corrugated pipe suspended. Additionally, if external forces cause damage to the pipeline or other components, use cement to encase the joints at this point to further ensure safety in use.
Upon completion of the bellows installation, relevant staff should promptly dismantle various auxiliary positioning components and related fasteners from the bellows. Additionally, they must adjust the limiting device to the required position according to the specified design requirements, thereby enhancing the compensating capability of the piping under environmental conditions.
