ZXQ-1Automatic metallographic petrographic sample mounting machine, a pre-process for sample mounting and polishing. It is used for mounting small, difficult to handle, or irregular metallographic and petrographic samples. After mounting, it facilitates polishing operations and is beneficial for normal observation of material microstructure under a metallographic microscope. This machine can automatically heat and apply pressure, stop and release pressure upon forming, and then, with a single button press, the mounted sample automatically rises for shipment. Note: Only suitable for thermosetting materials (such as electro-plastic powder, bakelite powder, etc.), with temperature adjusted and automated.
