Recycled Wines

The primary component of alcohol is ethanol, and it is produced through a process similar to winemaking, involving the saccharification of starch-rich plants, followed by fermentation and distillation. The distillation temperature is lower and the number of distillation cycles is higher than in wine, resulting in a higher alcohol content, higher yield of the final product, and a greater presence of ether and aldehyde compounds than in wine. It is not suitable for consumption but can be in contact with the human body. It is a product derived from plant materials.
