The main principle of the ion deodorization equipment is to produce a large number of positive and negative ions under the instantaneous high energy of high-energy electrons, which break the chemical bonds of certain harmful gas molecules, directly decomposing them into elemental atoms, radicals, or harmless molecules. A large number of high-energy electrons, ions, excited ions, and oxygen and hydroxyl free radicals (with unpaired electrons and strong reactivity) collide intensely with gas molecules such as formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, xylene, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, etc., leading to complex physical and chemical reactions such as ionization, oxidation, and neutralization. This process oxidizes gaseous pollutants into harmless molecules with lower concentrations, such as H2O and CO2, thereby achieving the purpose of air purification.
