Chiffon is rarely used to make hats due to its soft texture, and when it is, it's often for the lining. However, this lavender chiffon hat is crafted from high-quality chiffon.
The spandex fabric is very thin and is generally not used directly for making baseball caps; an additional layer of fabric is required. However, due to its thinness, it's prone to bubbles during the bonding process, posing a technical challenge. After much discussion among the experts, we decided to use a sturdier fabric for bonding. The resulting spandex is bubble-free and wrinkle-free, making it ideal for hat production.
This poly cotton baseball cap, after overcoming numerous technical challenges and many twists and turns, has finally been produced in bulk and the order has been completed on time and up to quality standards.
