Galvanized grating panels, also known as steel grating, are steel products formed by crossing flat steel bars at specific intervals with crossbars,焊接成方格状。They are primarily used for making galvanized grating panels, channel covers, steel structure platform panels, and steel staircase tread plates. The crossbars are typically made of twisted square steel. As a new material and product, it is gaining wider application due to its numerous superior properties and favorable performance-to-cost ratio, indicating a promising future.
Galvanized grating panels, after production, must undergo anti-rust treatment. There are two types: hot-dip galvanizing and electro-galvanizing (cold galvanizing).
The hot-dip galvanizing standard is: GB/T 13912-2002 Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Hot-Dip Galvanizing of Iron and Steel Products; cold-dip galvanizing is not recommended due to its high pollution levels.
