Ball mill structural features:

The ball mill is composed of main parts such as the feeding section, discharging section, rotating section, transmission section (reducer, small transmission gears, motor, and electrical control). The hollow shaft is made of cast steel, with removable lining. The large rotating gear is machined from castings. The drum is lined with wear-resistant plates, offering excellent wear resistance. The machine operates smoothly and is reliable in operation.

Ball mills are critical equipment used to crush and grind materials after they have been broken. They are widely used in the production of cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, mining of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as ceramic products, for both dry and wet grinding of various ores and other grindable materials.
This series of ball mills is a new type developed by improving the old-style ball mill, featuring the following characteristics:
1. We use large-diameter double-row spherical roller bearings in place of the original sliding bearings, significantly reducing friction and making start-up easier. This design saves 10-15% of energy consumption compared to the old-style ball mill.
