Raw materials are delivered to the vibrating hopper by engineering vehicles, then evenly fed into the upper conveyor belt by the bottom vibrating feeder. Subsequently, they enter a multi-joint knife washing sieve for sorting into two specifications: coarse and fine materials. The coarse materials are discharged into a fixed gold panning mat chute for final collection, while the waste materials are drained into a waste pool.
Fine material is fed into a hopper and then pumped into a 1200# horizontal automatic ore centrifuge for separation using a 4-inch sand pump. The refined material is automatically transferred to a concentrate bin, while waste material is discharged into a waste pool.
