This gold selection equipment is a heavy sand and mercury paste separator, designed for use with mercury amalgamator and mercury vaporizer. The sand gold equipment is used to separate heavy sand from mercury paste after the mercury amalgamation process in the amalgamator. This set of equipment is independently researched, developed, and manufactured by Qingzhou Guancheng Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., and is easy to operate.

Usage Instructions:

1. Connect the flushing pipe, which has a diameter of 20mm and is a 4" pipe. It can be connected using a steel braided hose or a standard snake skin hose.

2. Place a bucket at the bottom of the waste outlet to collect the mercury discharged from the outlet. The density of mercury is high, causing it to settle at the bottom of the bucket.

3. Supply water to the flushing pipe, adjust the valve size, and wait until water flows out of the waste outlet before adding raw materials (heavy sand, amalgam).

4. Open the mercury paste discharge valve, adjust in moderation; do not fully open it, as mercury paste will be discharged from the outlet.

5. Here, you can proceed with the non-intermediate feeding operation. Upon completion, purify the mercury paste with the mercury still.
