The coal mill windbreak dust suppression net utilizes aerodynamic principles, manufacturing windbreak panels in specific geometric shapes based on wind tunnel test results from the implementation site. These panels are then assembled into windbreak dust suppression walls according to on-site conditions. This design creates an upward and downward airflow disturbance on the inside of the wall as the through-flowing air (strong wind) passes through, achieving the effect of strong wind on the outside and weak wind on the windward side; and weak wind on the outside with no wind on the inside. This effectively prevents dust from rising. The higher the wind speed, the greater the dust suppression and control efficiency of the coal mill windbreak dust suppression net, resulting in better dust control.

Coal mine windbreak dust suppression net product features:

1. UV resistant (anti-aging)

The product surface is spray-painted, capable of absorbing ultraviolet rays from sunlight, which slows down the oxidation rate of the material itself, enhancing the product's anti-aging properties and extending its service life. Additionally, the low ultraviolet transmittance prevents damage to the material from sunlight.

2. Flame Retardancy

Due to its metallic nature, it boasts excellent flame retardancy, meeting all fire safety and industrial safety requirements.

3. Impact Resistance

The product boasts high strength, capable of withstanding the impact of hail (strong winds). Impact strength tests were conducted, where a 1kg steel ball was dropped from a height of 1.5 meters above the midpoint of the sample. The product did not break or develop any penetrative holes.

4. Anti-static

The product surface is electrostatically spray-painted, which, upon exposure to sunlight, can oxidize and decompose organic dirt adhered to the surface. Additionally, its super-hydrophilic nature allows dust to be easily washed away by rain, achieving an automatic self-cleaning effect with no maintenance costs.
