1. UV-resistant (anti-aging) products are treated with powder coating, which absorbs ultraviolet light from sunlight, slowing down the oxidation rate of the material itself. This enhances the product's anti-aging properties and extends its service life. Additionally, the low UV transmission rate prevents damage to the material from sunlight.

2. Flame Retardancy: Due to the metal plate, it offers excellent flame retardancy, meeting all fire safety and safe production requirements.

3. Impact Resistance - The product boasts high strength and can withstand the impact of hail (strong winds). According to impact strength tests, a steel ball weighing 1kg was dropped from a height of 1.5 meters above the center of the sample. The product did not break or develop any穿透holes.

4. Static Dissipative - The product surface is treated with anti-static electrostatic spray painting, which can oxidize and decompose organic dirt adhered to the product surface upon exposure to sunlight. Additionally, its super hydrophilic nature allows dust to be easily washed away by rain, achieving an automatic self-cleaning effect with no maintenance costs.

Single-layer windbreak and dust suppression walls can achieve dust suppression of 65-85%, while double-layer walls can reach over 95%.

Principle of Wind-Proof and Dust-Control Net:

Windbreak nets are set up around the steel mill. When wind (strong wind) passes through the net, the air kinetic energy is significantly reduced, resulting in a certain decrease in wind speed. The windbreak net's inner side creates a turbulent airflow through the air passage, achieving the effect of strong wind on the outer side and weak wind or no wind on the inner side.
