· Application Principle:

Ceramic corrugated packing is a new type of structured packing, composed of many packing units with the same geometric shape. Due to the unique structure of ceramics, it has excellent hydrophilic properties, with its surface forming extremely thin liquid film turbulent and airflow zigzag channels that promote airflow without blocking it. This allows the ceramic packing to compete with metallic packing, while its corrosion and high-temperature resistance are superior to that of metallic packing. The surface structure has good wettability, which accelerates liquid flow and reduces the liquid hold-up of the packing, thereby minimizing the chances of overheating, polymerization, and coking.
