Baffle Drip eliminator

· Application Principle:

When gas containing droplets flows at a certain speed through the demister, the droplets are adhered to the surface of the corrugated plates due to inertial collision. This results in the formation of larger droplets, which are then separated from the surface of the corrugated plates. The multi-folding structure of the demister's corrugated plates increases the opportunity for droplets to be captured. Undemisted droplets are captured at the next bend through the same effect, thus greatly enhancing the demisting efficiency. After passing through the corrugated plate demister, the gas is basically free of droplets.
When the mist-containing gas flows through the mist eliminator at a constant speed, it adheres to the surface of the corrugated plate due to the inertial collision. Thereby a larger droplet is formed which is separated from the surface of the corrugated plate. The multi-fold structure of the demister corrugated plate increases the chance of the mist being trapped, and the unremoval mist is trapped by the same action at the next turn, thus repeating the action, thereby improving the defogging efficiency greatly. After the gas passes through the corrugated plate mist eliminator, it is substantially free of mist.
