Hydraulic oil is the hydraulic medium used in hydraulic systems that utilize the energy of liquid pressure, playing roles such as energy transfer, anti-wear, system lubrication, corrosion and rust prevention, and cooling. For hydraulic oil, it must first meet the requirements of fluid viscosity at both working and startup temperatures for hydraulic devices. Since the viscosity of lubricating oil directly affects hydraulic action, transmission efficiency, and precision, the oil's viscosity-temperature characteristics and shear stability must also meet the diverse demands of various applications. There are many types of hydraulic oil, with different classification methods. Traditionally, they are categorized by use, but also by oil type, chemical composition, or flammability. Plant-based oils are a major direction for environmentally friendly lubricants due to their natural biodegradable properties, lubricating performance, and viscosity-temperature characteristics, as well as their abundant resources and relatively low cost. This type of hydraulic oil is not officially produced in China, but it is widely available abroad, such as in the United States with brands like Ryanne Oil, which are formulated from plant-based oils and can be fully biodegradable. Bio-degradable hydraulic oil is a high-performance anti-wear hydraulic oil specifically designed to meet the requirements of various hydraulic equipment. This series of products extends the service life of lubricants/filters and effectively protects equipment, thereby reducing maintenance costs and product disposal expenses. The series is developed in collaboration with major equipment manufacturers and meets the strict requirements of high-pressure, high-output pumps for precise hydraulic systems. It also accommodates the strict requirements of other hydraulic system components, such as low-clearance servo valves and high-precision CNC machines. The series widely complies with the stringent performance requirements of various hydraulic systems and components manufacturers designed with multiple metallurgical technologies, offering the performance characteristics of a single product. Bio-degradable hydraulic oil is formulated from high-quality base oils and ultra-stable additive formulations designed to neutralize corrosive substances produced during operation.
2. Quality Requirements: Hydraulic systems in vehicles and construction machinery, etc., use hydraulic oil as the working medium. These systems have a relatively low fluid flow rate but high pressure, hence referred to as static pressure transmission.
