HH Hydraulic Oil
HH Hydraulic Oil is a mineral oil that contains no additives. Although it has been categorized according to GB7631.2-87 standards, it is no longer used in hydraulic systems. This is due to its poor stability, tendency to foam, and short service life in hydraulic equipment.
HL Hydraulic Oil (also known as General-purpose Machine Tool Industrial Lubricating Oil)
HL hydraulic oil, enhanced with antioxidant and anti-rust additives, is available in six grades (152, 232, 246, 680, 100) based on a 40C kinematic viscosity. Grade l HL hydraulic oil is made from highly refined, neutral base oil.
Usage
Lubrication for bearing boxes, gearboxes, low-pressure circulation systems, or similar machinery circulation systems of various machine tools operating at temperatures above 0°C. This product can extend the service life by over twice that of mechanical oil. It boasts good compatibility with rubber seals, and HL hydraulic oil is primarily used where no special lubricant requirements are specified. Its maximum operating temperature is 80°C.
Quality Requirements
The temperature change should not affect the normal operation of the hydraulic system. It requires an appropriate viscosity and good viscosity-temperature properties. The oil's viscosity should be minimally affected by temperature changes.

2. Excellent anti-foaming hydraulic oil has good anti-emulsifying properties, which can quickly separate from water mixed into the oil, preventing the formation of emulsion and thereby avoiding metal corrosion in the hydraulic system and reducing its performance.
3. Excellent anti-foaming properties and air release values ensure that foam generated under conditions of intense mechanical stirring during operation dissipates quickly; and that air mixed with oil is released in a shorter period of time, achieving accurate, sensitive, and stable transmission of static pressure.
4. Excellent extreme pressure anti-wear properties of the hydraulic oil ensure normal lubrication of friction pairs in oil pumps, hydraulic motors, control valves, and cylinders under high pressure and high-speed severe conditions, reducing wear.
