Construction machinery refers to the equipment used for engineering construction, widely employed in fields such as construction, water conservancy, power, roads, mines, ports, and national infrastructure. Generally, construction machinery is powered by diesel engines, which means the appropriate engine oil should be diesel engine oil. So, how should one select the right diesel engine oil for construction machinery?
Firstly, we can select the oil quality grade based on the engine load and RPM, opting for a higher quality grade for smaller-volume, smaller-tank diesel engines. Secondly, consider the oil quality grade according to the piston ring groove temperature, taking into account factors such as piston喷油cooling, the presence of an oil cooler, and the use of turbocharged and exhaust gas recirculation technology. For turbocharged engines, we recommend using CF-4 grade or higher. Thirdly, select a different viscosity grade based on the ambient temperature in the operating region. Additionally, for older diesel engines with higher wear, it's advisable to use a higher viscosity oil, while new engines can benefit from a lower viscosity oil.

Safety Precautions for Hydraulic Oil Use
Thoroughly clean the original hydraulic oil tank of residual oil, waste oil, and sediment before use. Avoid mixing with other types of oil.
High-precision machine tools with strict lubrication requirements. Not suitable for severe working conditions, this product is for gears, hydraulic systems, and guides that demand high oil quality. Choose medium to heavy-duty gear oils, anti-wear hydraulic oils, or HG hydraulic oils instead.
Significant economic benefits have been achieved with this oil product replacing mechanical oil for lubrication in the recirculating systems of general machine tools and similar machinery. It extends the oil change cycle and saves an average of 1/3 to 1/2 of lubricating oil.
Anti-wear hydraulic oil (HM hydraulic oil)
A wide range of products including high alkaline zinc, low alkaline zinc, neutral high zinc, and ash-free types, the Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil (HM Hydraulic Oil) has evolved from rust-proof and antioxidant hydraulic oil bases. All are manufactured in accordance with 40The C Viscosity grades are divided into four series: 22, 3, 2, 4, 6, 8.
2 Uses
Anti-wear hydraulic oil is primarily used in hydraulic systems for heavy-duty, medium-pressure, and high-pressure vane pumps, plunger pumps, and gear pumps, such as the YB-D25 vane pump, PF15 plunger pump, CBN-E306 gear pump, and YB-E80/40 tandem pump.
Hydraulic systems for medium and high-pressure construction equipment, imported machinery, and vehicles. Such as CNC machine tools, tunnel boring machines, crawler cranes, hydraulic backhoe excavators, and coal mining machines.
Also suitable for lubricating medium-load industrial gears (except worm gears and cycloidal gears), with an operating environmental temperature of -10 degrees Celsius. The C-40C product has excellent compatibility with nitrile rubber. In addition to being suitable for medium and high-pressure hydraulic systems in various hydraulic pumps.
3 Quality Requirements
To ensure optimal lubrication, cooling, and sealing of hydraulic components under varying working pressures and temperatures, with appropriate viscosity and good viscosity-temperature properties.
To ensure proper lubrication, excellent extreme pressure anti-wear properties, and reduced wear for the friction pairs in oil pumps, hydraulic motors, control valves, and hydraulic cylinders under high pressure and high-speed demanding conditions.
Enhanced Lifespan. Excellent antioxidant, hydrolytic, and thermal stability to withstand the effects or influence of factors such as air, moisture, high temperatures, and high pressures, making it less prone to aging and deterioration.
To ensure that the foam generated under the conditions of intense mechanical stirring during operation dissipates quickly; and that air mixed with oil is released in a shorter period of time, exhibiting excellent anti-foaming properties and air release values. This achieves accurate, sensitive, and stable transmission of static pressure.
Quickly separates water mixed with oil, exhibits excellent anti-foaming properties. Prevents the formation of emulsions, thereby avoiding metal corrosion in the hydraulic system and reducing performance.
To prevent rust on metallic surfaces. Excellent rust resistance.
