When changing cutting fluid for machine tools, it is crucial to pour out the old fluid completely and perform a thorough cleaning; otherwise, the remaining, deteriorated fluid may cause the newly changed cutting fluid to deteriorate rapidly.

2. After diluting the cutting fluid concentrate with water and adding it to the machine tool, avoid leaving it unused for long periods. When the machine tool is not in production, it is advisable to run the pump and circulate the cutting fluid for thirty minutes daily.

When adding cutting fluid during the production process, be sure to follow the proportions indicated in the instructions; never add only water without the cutting fluid, as this may lead to product rusting.
