Transformer oil from different brands is generally not mixed. Using oil from the same brand ensures the quality of the original operating oil and clarifies the characteristics of the brand. Transformer oil is categorized into 10#, 25#, and 45# based on pour point or cloud point and low-temperature performance, and is typically selected according to the type of equipment and operating environmental temperature. Choosing the same brand guarantees that its operating characteristics remain largely unchanged and maintains consistency in the equipment's technical files regarding the oil used.
Transformer oil is formulated by blending moderately refined low-viscosity, low-temperature point naphthenic base oil (with a small amount of intermediate base) with superior antioxidant composite additives, featuring rapid heat transfer, excellent oxidation stability, and superior electrical properties. The product is manufactured under strict quality control procedures, ensuring stable performance and fixed resources. The quality and performance of the product meet the requirements of GB2536-2004 standard.

Performance Features
Extend Hydraulic Oil Life to Save Maintenance Costs
M Hydraulic Oil prevents equipment failure due to high temperatures and chemical reactions, thereby helping to extend maintenance intervals. It significantly reduces the formation of sludge. This product's performance in the industrial standard 943 TOST test (Turbine Oil Oxidation Stability Test) demonstrates improved stability and system cleanliness.
Additionally, under humid conditions, hydraulic oil maintains excellent stability, extending the working life of the hydraulic oil and reducing the risk of corrosion and rust.
2. Abrasion Resistance
Hydraulic oil utilizes high-quality anti-wear additives, ensuring efficiency under various operating conditions, including low and extreme high load conditions. In tests with various types of piston and vane pumps, including the stringent Denison T6C test (both dry and wet conditions) and the rigorous Vickers 35VQ25 test, M hydraulic oil demonstrated exceptional performance, validating that the product can help extend the lifespan of system components.
Maintain system efficiency
Excellent cleanliness, filtration properties, and superior water-rejection, air-release, and anti-foaming capabilities all contribute to maintaining or enhancing the efficiency of hydraulic systems.
The additive used, combined with excellent cleanliness (the finished products meet or exceed the ISO 4406 21/19/16 classification requirements and have been approved by the DIN 51524 standard), helps to reduce the impact of pollutants on filter blockage. This not only extends the service life of the filter cores but also allows for the use of more precise filters, enhancing equipment protection.
