For indoor fixed equipment, choose HL oil for hydraulic systems with a pressure of ≤7.0 MPa and temperatures below 50°C; select HL or HM oil for pressures between 7.0 to 14.0 MPa and temperatures below 50°C, or HM oil for temperatures between 50°C to 80°C; and for pressures of ≥14.0 MPa, opt for HM or high-pressure anti-wear hydraulic oil.
For outdoor cold or severe cold areas, choose HV or HS oil.
For equipment with high environmental standards (such as food machinery), choose environmentally acceptable hydraulic oil.
For equipment near high-temperature heat sources, select flame-resistant hydraulic oil.
For hydraulic equipment with long service life and harsh environmental conditions, opt for premium hydraulic oil; for equipment with short service life and mild operating conditions, choose first-class hydraulic oil.
Hydraulic and guide rail lubrication should use a single system, opting for hydraulic guide rail oil.
Open-loop CNC machine tools using electro-hydraulic pulse motors should use CNC machine tool hydraulic oil, while closed-loop systems with electro-hydraulic servo mechanisms should use clean hydraulic oil.
Hydraulic systems containing silver components use silver-resistant hydraulic oil.
Kaiti's anti-wear hydraulic oil is suitable for hydraulic systems of impeller, plunger, and gear pumps under heavy loads, medium pressure, and high pressure; as well as medium and high-pressure hydraulic systems in construction machinery, imported equipment, and vehicles. This includes hydraulic systems of computer numerical control machine tools, tunnel boring machines, crawler cranes, hydraulic backhoe excavators, and coal mining machines, among others. In addition to being applicable to medium and high-pressure hydraulic systems for various types of hydraulic pumps, it can also be used for lubrication of industrial gears under medium loads, excluding worm gears and cycloidal gears.
