Important Precautions for the Use of Hydraulic Oil
Ensure the removal of residual oil, waste oil, and sediments before use, and thoroughly clean the original hydraulic oil tank. Avoid mixing with other types of oil.
High-precision machinery tools require lubricants. This product is not suitable for gears, hydraulic systems, and guideways with strict quality requirements for oil. Medium to heavy-duty gear oils, anti-wear hydraulic oils, or HG hydraulic oils should be used instead.
Significant economic benefits have been achieved as this oil product replaces mechanical oil for lubrication in the recirculation systems of general machine tools and similar machinery. It extends oil change intervals and saves an average of 1/3 to 1/2 of lubricating oil.

2 Uses
Anti-wear hydraulic oil is primarily used in hydraulic systems for impeller pumps, plunger pumps, and gear pumps under heavy loads, medium pressure, and high pressure. This includes systems for the JMYB-D25 impeller pump, PF15 plunger pump, CBN-E306 gear pump, and YB-E80/40 tandem pump, among others.
Hydraulic systems for medium and high-pressure construction equipment, imported machinery, and vehicles. This includes systems for computer numerical control machine tools, tunnel boring machines, crawler cranes, hydraulic backhoe excavators, and coal mining machines.
Also suitable for lubricating medium-load industrial gears (except worm gears and cycloidal gears) within an ambient temperature range of -10°C.The C-40C product has excellent compatibility with nitrile rubber. In addition to being suitable for various medium and high-pressure hydraulic systems in hydraulic pumps.
3 Quality Requirements
