410 Stainless Steel: Features good corrosion resistance and machinability, suitable for general-purpose blades and valve applications. Heat treatment of 410 Stainless Steel: Austenitizing (℃) 800-900 with slow cooling or 750 with rapid cooling. 410 is a martensitic stainless steel with good hardenability, high hardness and toughness, good corrosion resistance, high thermal strength, and excellent cold deformation properties. It also has good vibration resistance. Requires tempering at high or low temperatures, but avoid tempering between 370-560℃.
