17-4PH Heat Treatment Specifications and Microstructure:
Heat Treatment Specifications:
Solution treated at 1020-1060°C and rapidly cooled.
2. After solution heat treatment at 480°C, air-cooled at 470-490°C.
3. After solution heat treatment at 550°C, air cool to 540-560°C.
4, 580°C aging after solution heat treatment, followed by air cooling at 570～590°C.
5, After solution heat treatment at 620°C, air cool to 610-630°C.
Microstructure: Characterized by precipitation hardening.
