Copper (Cu): 3.0~5.0
Nb+Ta: 0.15~0.45
17-4PH stainless steel is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel with a hardness of HR4. It boasts high strength, hardness, and corrosion resistance and is not suitable for temperatures above 300°C. It exhibits excellent corrosion resistance against atmosphere, diluted acids, or salts, comparable to 304 and 430 stainless steels. It is used in the manufacturing of offshore platforms, turbine blades, valve seats, stems, sleeves, and rods.
