Melting Point: 1320-1390 °C.
Heat treatment: Hold at 1150-1200℃ for 1-2 hours, then rapidly air cool or water cool.

S31254 is an austenitic stainless steel. Due to its high molybdenum content, it boasts excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. This grade was developed for use in environments containing halides, such as seawater. S31254 also exhibits good resistance to general corrosion, especially in acidic solutions with halides, where it outperforms standard stainless steels.
