S32750 Duplex Stainless Steel Pipe Direct from Manufacturer, S32750 Pipe in Stock Supply

S32750 is a ferritic-austenitic (duplex) stainless steel that combines many beneficial properties of ferritic and austenitic steels. Due to its high content of chromium and molybdenum, it offers excellent resistance to pitting, crevice, and general corrosion. The bidirectional microstructure ensures high resistance to stress corrosion cracking, along with high mechanical strength.
S32750 duplex stainless steel standards in various countries:
ASTM/ASME:A240 - UNS S32750
EURONO RM:1.4410 - X2CrNiMoN25-7-4
AFNO R:Z3 CN 25.06 Az
DIN/EN 1.4410、ASME SA-240
S32750 steel pipe corrosion resistance and main application environments:
S32750 duplex steel's higher chromium and molybdenum content provides excellent resistance to general corrosion from organic acids such as formic acid and acetic acid. It also boasts strong corrosion resistance against inorganic acids, especially those containing chlorides. Compared to 904L, 2507 duplex steel exhibits superior corrosion resistance against diluted sulfuric acid containing chloride ions. 904L is an austenitic alloy specifically designed for resistance to pure sulfuric acid corrosion. 316L is not suitable for environments with hydrochloric acid, as it may suffer from localized or general corrosion. S32750 duplex steel is used in diluted hydrochloric acid environments and offers excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.
