IncoThe nel X-750 alloy is a nickel-based superalloy primarily strengthened by γ"[Ni3(Al, Ti, Nb)] phase through aging treatment. It exhibits excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance below 980°C, high strength below 800°C, and good relaxation resistance below 540°C. Additionally, it boasts good formability and weldability. This alloy is primarily used for manufacturing flat and helical springs for aeroengines that operate below 800°C and require high strength and relaxation resistance. It can also be used to produce turbine blade components, among others. Available forms include sheets, strips, bars, forgings, rings, wire, and tubes.

IncoProcessing Technology of Nel X-750 Alloy:
Solid solution heat treatment schedule for plate, strip, and tube materials: 980℃ ±15℃, air-cooled. Intermediate heat treatment for materials and parts can be selected from the following processes.
Annealing: 955-1010°C, water cooled.
Pre-heating before welding: 980°C, 1 hour.
Weldment stress-relieving annealing: Maintain 900°C for 2 hours with humidity.
Stress-relieving annealing: 885℃±15℃, air-cooled for 24 hours.
