Exposing electronic (digital) archives, electronic (digital) books, and literature to film, or computer output microform (abbreviated as COM) is referred to as "COM machine."

The COM machine allows for synchronized backup of electronic information, featuring both offline backup functionality for analog/digital integration (where the exposed film of digital archive files and electronic documents are physically combined and backed up in a roll film box) and offline analog/digital dual-set backup, with simultaneous storage and rapid recovery of backup data.

Achieved analog/digital integration for offline backup function, hence also known as the Electronic Information Synchronization Backup Machine
