Thick-walled pipe insulation requirements
The overhead sections of the recirculating water replenishment pipes, the overhead sections of the fully automatic recirculating water filtration unit inlets and outlets, and the overhead sections of the pump inlets and outlets are insulated with rock wool pipe shells.
Pipes installed above ground must be coated with anti-corrosion materials prior to construction. The installation of the thermal insulation layer, moisture-proof layer, and protective layer must comply with the requirements of the design institute and the specifications of the thermal insulation structure drawing.
The welding of钩钉pallets and supporting components should be firm, and the spacing of their arrangement should meet the design requirements.
Insulation support components must not be exposed; the width of the support components should be less than 10mm narrower than the thickness of the insulation layer, with a minimum width of 20mm.
During insulation installation, the surface should be smooth, joints should be properly staggered, arcs should be even, and the bundling on each (section) product should not be less than two layers. The installation should not use continuous wrapping methods. The thickness of the insulation layer should be greater than 80mm, and the thickness of the refrigeration layer should be
The thickness of 100mm should be constructed in two layers.
During the insulation layer construction, instrument holes, markings, and equipment nameplates should be left exposed.
During the application of thermal insulation coating, it should be directly applied to the outer surface of the equipment. The coating should be applied in layers with even distribution, free of air bubbles and missed spots.
Moisture-proofing Layer Construction Methods and Technical Measures
When using felt or felted paper for wrapping, the lap joint dimensions for circumferential and vertical overlaps should be between 30 to 50mm. All overlaps should be sealed with asphalt mastic or water-based asphalt slurry. The lap joints of vertical equipment and pipes should face downwards, and the vertical joints of horizontal equipment with horizontal pipes should be biased to one side, and tied with galvanized iron wire.
Construction Methods and Technical Measures for Protective Coating
The equipment features a protective layer made of 0.5mm steel sheet, with the pipeline also employing a 0.5mm steel sheet as its protective layer. The tolerance for the protective layer material cutting should not exceed 2mm. The installation dimensions are to be预留 with a margin of 30-50mm, and the wire-tightening height should be between 5-10mm.
