Pre-Operation Checkpoints for Equipment
Before starting, confirm that all valves on the blower outlet pipes and the water level in the pool are consistent with normal operation.
2. Prior to start-up, please confirm that the blower's operating mode matches the required mode. If not, adjust according to the user manual.
3. Confirm the blower's startup and operating frequency is reasonable prior to launch (adjust between 0% and 100% based on the actual on-site conditions).
4. Confirm that the pressure relief valve is functioning properly upon startup.
5. Check if the touch screen operates normally upon startup.
6. Confirm during operation if there are any abnormal sounds from the blower.
II. Operation Method
1. Blower Power-On: First, turn the main circuit switch to the "ON" position, then flip the electrical department's miniature circuit breaker to "ON."
2. Blower Power Failure: First, turn the electrical department's miniature circuit breaker to the "OFF" position, then rotate the main circuit switch to "OFF" (do not directly disconnect from the power distribution panel, as it may damage the electrical components).
3. To start the blower, press and hold the <Run> button. Wait for the dialog box to appear and click <Yes> to start the blower; if not, click <No>.
If shutdown is required, press the <Stop> button, wait for the pop-up dialog box to appear, then click <Yes> to start the blower: if not shutting down, click <No>.
When a blower malfunctions, the <Alarm> button will blink. Clicking it allows you to view specific fault information and clear the fault.
In the event of an abnormal condition with the blower, please press the emergency stop switch.
Section 3: Fault Information
If the blower encounters a fault, click <Alarm> and view the specific information. Confirm the alarm message before conducting relevant troubleshooting. For instance, if the alarm message is "Filter Clogged," you will need to clean or replace the filter cotton, then reset the alarm message on the touchscreen. Otherwise, the blower will not start.
If the same alarm information occurs two or more times within a short period or during operation, it is advisable to contact the manufacturer promptly to prevent major faults in the blower.
When an alarm occurs, it is recommended to confirm the status on the touch screen or PLC and variable frequency controller operators as much as possible using images or videos to facilitate clear identification of the fault when contacting the manufacturer.
Four: Blower Maintenance
Suggested to clean once a week (using compressed air or tapping methods; do not wash with water).
Recommend replacing the new filter cotton every 4 weeks.
3. Specific cleaning and replacement cycles are adjusted accordingly based on the actual site conditions.
