The efficiency and cost of sandblasting machines are closely linked. How to achieve higher sandblasting efficiency and reduce production costs? Xin Tai has put forward five suggestions for all users, hoping everyone will pay attention and adopt them!
1. Stability of gas flow rate
The stability of the air flow directly impacts the efficiency of sandblasting. Generally, based on the configuration of the air source intake, when the nozzle diameter is 8mm and the pressure is 6kg, the actual air flow required is 0.8 m³ per minute. When the pressure nozzle diameter is 10mm and the pressure is 6kg, the actual air source required is 5.2 m³ per minute.
2 Gas Source Pressure
Typical sandblasting pressures are around 4-7 kg. The higher the pressure, the greater the abrasive loss and the greater the efficiency. This requires users to select the appropriate pressure value based on the product's technical requirements. However, factors such as the size of the gas source pipeline, the length of the pipeline, and the elbows in the pipeline connections can all cause pressure loss. Therefore, users must make an accurate assessment beforehand to ensure the pressure meets the process requirements.
3 Sandblasting Abrasives
There are numerous types of abrasive tools on the market, varying in hardness, quality, and design. Users should select the appropriate abrasives based on process requirements, long-term usability, and a comprehensive evaluation to maximize sandblasting efficiency and reduce overall costs.
4-pass sand system
Recycled abrasives, but how to recycle them more efficiently and quickly... The abrasives can be well categorized for recycling, meeting the supply needs for sandblasting abrasives.
5 Spray Gun Systems
The uniformity and stability of sandblasting are also crucial aspects in enhancing sandblasting efficiency. The selection of the nozzle structure, the rationality of the design, and the uniformity and stability of the sandblasting process are all closely related to efficiency. Operators should frequently attend to and maintain these aspects.
