To ensure the safe operation of suspended buckets, a routine inspection and maintenance regimen must be established, combining the efforts of bucket operators and dedicated personnel, to maintain the suspended buckets in a normal and intact condition.
Security Inspection
Newly installed, majorly repaired, or idle for one year or suspended for over two months, hoists must undergo a pre-operation inspection and acceptance by trained professionals before they can be put into use.
Content Review:
1. Are the main load-bearing components (suspension platforms, suspension hoists) deformed, and are there any cracks in the welds?
2. Are the fasteners at the component assembly connection loose or missing?
3. Are the suspension mechanisms installed reliably and securely, and do the counterweights meet the requirements?
4. Is the wire rope severely rusted, twisted, kinked, or has severe broken wires? Is the rope clamp properly and reliably secured?
5、Electrical Control SystemHow agile is the movement, and are the lock and unlock functions operating normally?
6. How smooth is the operation of the safety lock, and are the unlocking and locking functions functioning properly?
7. Ensure the operation of ascending and descending (including manual descent) is normal, and that the electromagnetic brake clearance meets the requirements.
8. Are the piece-rate operations running smoothly, are there any obstructions, unusual noises, motor overheating, smoking, or burning smells?
Are the gearboxes and transmission units properly lubricated or replaced with oil as required?
10. Have the limit blocks and钢丝rope weights been properly installed as required?
