PVC Coated Steel Pipe is a steel-plastic composite pipe that uses a hot-dipped galvanized steel pipe as the base and is lined with a thin-walled plastic pipe on the inner surface of the steel pipe. It combines the mechanical properties of steel pipes with the corrosion resistance of plastic pipes, boasting a lifespan three times that of regular galvanized pipes. Additionally, its smooth inner wall reduces fluid resistance, prevents scaling and the growth of microorganisms, and ensures the fluid is not contaminated a second time. It is an ideal pipeline for transporting drinking water and other media.

The diameter of the base pipe for lined plastic composite pipes ranges from DN15 to DN300 in standard nominal diameters. The fixed length is 6000mm with an allowable deviation of +2mm. These pipes are categorized based on the medium they convey, such as cold water lined pipes and hot water lined pipes. As pressure supply water pipes, their compressive strength reaches 1.6 MPa and 2.5 MPa depending on the base pipe wall thickness.
