Testing Capabilities and Parameters:
Facade, exterior walls, and outdoor air conditioning units, etc.: quality inspections of panel bonding, facing tiles, insulation layer adhesion, and appearance deformation; infrared imaging for hollowing detection; performance tests of load-bearing components and connectors; structural and construction inspections; structural load-bearing capacity verification; testing of silicone sealant and sealing strips for airtightness; water leakage prevention inspections; bolt torque testing; welding quality inspections, etc.
Purpose of Inspection:
Ø Promptly identify and eliminate potential safety hazards, meeting technical specifications and the public safety management requirements of relevant departments.
Safety Tips:
After curtain wall/external wall acceptance for one year, a safety inspection should be conducted every five years; for curtain wall projects/external walls using structural bonding assembly, a safety inspection should be carried out every three years after ten years of operation.
Glass curtain walls/external walls used beyond their designed service life should be inspected annually.
Occurrence of curtain wall glass breakage, partial falling of opening sections, damage to components, or falling of exterior facade tiles.
Localized panels or connecting components on the wall exhibit abnormal deformation, detachment, or cracking.
Prior to the resumption of construction for the suspended building facade project.
