Testing Capabilities and Parameters:
Facade, exterior walls, and outdoor air conditioning units, etc.: quality inspection of panel bonding, decorative tile surfaces, insulation layer adhesion, and appearance deformation; infrared imaging for hollow detection; load-bearing component and connector performance testing; structural and construction inspection; structural load-bearing capacity verification; silicone sealant and gasket airtightness testing; waterproof leakage detection; bolt torque testing; welding quality inspection, etc.
Purpose of Inspection:
Ensure timely identification and elimination of safety hazards, complying with technical specifications and the public safety management requirements of relevant departments.
Safety Tips:
After the curtain wall/external wall is handed over for one year, a safety check should be conducted every five years; for curtain wall projects/external walls using structural adhesive assembly that have been in use for ten years, a safety check should be carried out every three years.
Glass curtain walls/external walls in use beyond their designed service life should be inspected annually.
Occurrence of facade glass breakage, partial falling of opening sections, damage to components, or detachment of exterior cladding tiles.
Localized panels or connecting components on the wall exhibit abnormal deformation, detachment, or cracking.
Prior to the resumption of construction for the suspended building facade project.
