What should be inspected during the examination and certification of these factories?
1. Collect basic information on the steel structure factory building, including the purpose of the building, the layout of the building structure, the construction time of the building, the number of floors in the building, and various drawings of the building.
2. Verify the steel frame layout, prefabricated component specifications, and floor heights based on the factory engineering drawings collected in Step 1. For factories without relevant engineering drawings, measure on-site and draw the necessary drawings immediately.
3. Record the current status of steel prefabricated components in steel structure workshops, such as rust, damage at connection points, coating loss, defects in electric welding appearance, and the tightness of connections, and conduct inspections and evaluations one by one.
4. A certain number of steel structural prefabricated components are selected for ultrasonic or magnetic particle inspection in accordance with relevant specifications and standards to detect and evaluate for the presence of defects such as weld beads, arc pit cracks, and arc burn-through.
5. Utilize total stations to measure the deflection values of steel trusses, truss structures, and components, determining if the degree of deformation is within the specified range.
6. The compressive strength of stainless steel plates determines the safety of steel structural components; therefore, surface strength testing methods must be employed.
7. As the steel structure factory is put into use, the corrosion resistance and safety coatings of its prefabricated components are subject to environmental influences. Therefore, it is necessary to inspect the thickness of the corrosion or fire safety coatings on the steel prefabricated components.
8. Based on the inspection data obtained from the steel structural components, conducted according to relevant architectural design standards, a series calculation is carried out on the upper structural bearing capacity of the steel structural workshop. This determines whether the current-stage bearing capacity of the workshop complies with national standards and safety application regulations for the later stages.
9. In accordance with relevant specification standards, assess the safety level of the current steel structure factory buildings, and propose effective solutions for prefabricated components that do not meet safety application regulations and those with structural damage at the current stage.
