What should be inspected during the detection and appraisal of these factories?

1. Gather basic information on the steel structure factory building, including the purpose of the factory, structural layout, construction date, number of floors, and various drawings of the building.
2. Verify the layout of the steel frame structure, specifications of prefabricated components, and floor heights based on the factory engineering drawings collected in Step 1. For factories without relevant engineering drawings, on-site measurements and drawing creation are required immediately.
3. Record the current status of steel prefabricated components in steel structural workshops, such as rust, damage to connection points, coating loss, welding defects, and tightness of connections, and conduct inspections and assessments one by one.
4. Extract a certain number of prefabricated steel structural components, and choose ultrasonic or magnetic particle inspection according to relevant specifications and standards for welding detection. Assess whether defects such as weld beads, arc pit cracks, and arc burn-through exist.
5. Utilize total stations to measure the deflection values of steel trusses, truss structures, and components, determining if their degree of deformation is within the specified range.
6. The compressive strength of stainless steel plates determines the safety of steel structural components, hence surface strength testing methods must be employed.
7. Steel structure factory buildings in use will have their precast components' anti-corrosion and safety coatings affected by environmental factors. Therefore, it is necessary to inspect the thickness of the anti-corrosion or fire safety coatings on steel precast components.
8. Based on the inspection data obtained from the above steel structure component checks, and in accordance with relevant architectural design standards, conduct a series of calculations on the load-bearing capacity of the upper structure of the steel structure factory building. Determine if the current load-bearing capacity of the steel structure factory building complies with national standards and safety application regulations for the mid-to-late stages.
9. In accordance with relevant specification standards, assess the safety level of the current steel structure factory buildings, and propose effective solutions for prefabricated components that do not meet safety application regulations and those with structural damage at the current stage.
