Vacuum FurnaceOperation Instructions:
1. Prior to operation, ensure power, air pressure, water pressure, and water quality are in place; require stable water pressure (above 1.5 MPa) and water free of impurities and debris.
2. Prior to use, check the vacuum level, which should be above -0. Do not use if there is no vacuum level!!!
3. It is necessary to check the water pressure before use; the system will automatically shut off the power and trigger an alarm when the water pressure falls below the set pressure.
4. After the furnace chamber has been heated up, do not arbitrarily open the furnace lid or the waste collection bucket lid to prevent a large amount of heat from being ejected due to high-temperature combustion inside the furnace chamber, which could cause burns to personnel. The consequences could be severe.
5. The technical specifications for the temperature controller have been finalized before shipment; internal parameters must not be modified arbitrarily.
