Polyurethane scraper blades are made of polyurethane composite materials, formed by one-step molding with sulfur using molds, featuring a flat blade surface, good straightness, low friction, high wear resistance, and high strength, ensuring stable scraping performance. The polyurethane scraper can effectively remove fine particles and wet, sticky materials from the residual belt. The pre-compression type pressure regulator ensures stable contact pressure between the scraper and the belt. The blade surface is composed of multiple narrow-width polyurethane scraper blades, equipped with hollow buffer holes, providing good tracking for various belts.
No vibration risk for scraper: The scraper is combined with the fixed seat using dovetail slots and features a tightness device to eliminate clearance. The three-layer scraper assembly has a detachable fixed seat, allowing for easy replacement from the side of the hopper. Installation or maintenance is extremely simple. Easy and quick scraper seat replacement: Achieved by pushing from the side of the feed hopper with a stable contact pressure, which can be further adjusted with fine tuning if necessary.
Polyurethane sweeper has a long service life: The low and stable contact pressure between the scraper and the belt not only maintains excellent scraping performance but also effectively extends the lifespan. The scraper is generally usable for 1-3 years without damaging the surface.
